A + A in Germany 2019: Because people matter!
Personally I hope to meet you there the 7th November at the special Start-Up Booth.
Strong growth, greater internationalism, specialist visitors from top industrial sectors, increasing exhibitor and visitor figures – A+A is the world's leading fair for safety, security and health at work. It makes an active contribution to progress and innovation to the benefit of people and companies.
Similar to my Blog of Industrial Prevention Work 4.0 this Fair can show you up more ways to be a part of the digitalisation in work areas.
The increasing ability of technical devices to machine learning leads to new opportunities for occupational health and safety. In this way, measures to improve safety and health at work can be more individualised and personalised. What applications does this open up for personal protective systems? Which concepts of data security and data protection are necessary for this and how are these concepts accepted?
Increasing the degree of automation of technical systems in a wide variety of application areas also results in new forms of human-machine cooperation. How can security be guaranteed in the close interaction of people with independently operating machines? What role does safety play in determining the degree of automation?
The flexibility of work place and time offers many possibilities to react to different life situations. How can occupational health and safety be made possible in heterogeneous places of mobile work? What support is necessary for this? How can the self-responsible awareness for safe and healthy working at various locations at freely chosen times be increased?
The continuous observation and measurement of one's own state of health has become an everyday practice for many people. How does the work design react to this increased health consciousness? Which technical systems contribute to improving health? And what competence is necessary to be able to deal with the multitude of data on one's own health?
We will have to deal with these questions in the future when designing safe and healthy work. On the Highlight Route to the Future of Work, A+A exhibitors will present products, concepts and solutions intended for tomorrow's world of work.
Prevention must also realign itself in view of the challenges of Work 4.0. One focus of the afternoon session will be on Prevention 4.0 in the context of the Joint German Occupational Safety and Health Strategy (GDA). Participants will look ahead to the year 2030 and discuss how Prevention 4.0 can be achieved during the A+A Congress, together with the chairs of the National Occupational Safety and Health Conference and other experts. This will be followed by a return to the present with regard to the current planning and focus of the GDA:
Are we on the right track and how can this common objective be achieved?

Dieser Beitrag soll als zweiter in der Reihe zum Thema Industrie 4.0 und die damit verbundenen Veränderungen in der Präventionsarbeit zum diskutieren anregen.
Die Arbeitswelt, in der wir leben, ist rasanten Veränderungen ausgesetzt.
Dies führt dazu, dass sowohl von den Beschäftigten als auch von den Unternehmen ein permanenter Anpassungsprozess erwartet wird, um sich den Herausforderungen eines
globalen Wettkampfes in Zeiten des demographischen Wandels stellen zu können.
